Hello friend … and welcome to Claire Closson Photography.

I’m Claire—one part adventurer, one part storyteller, always with a camera in hand, always seeking the fleeting shimmer of light that turns ordinary places into something unforgettable.

Growing up in a small beach town in NE Florida filled my childhood with magic and wonder, and those carefree times formed who I am today. As a child, I discovered two things that have never left me ... my love of exploring nature and my passion for capturing it through a camera lens. Over the years, those simple joys turned into something bigger, creating artwork for others to enjoy.

I’ve walked marshes hushed by morning fog, watched deer melt into the trees, and traced the curve of distant dunes beneath a restless sky.

My fine art photographs hold more than what the eye sees—they awaken one's senses hinting at the hush of the breeze, the scent of rain on the shoreline, the warmth of a sunrise that lasts only moments.

Each piece I create holds a memory, meant to be held and shared like a story told around a fireside.
